Winter Lighting Project
I’ve project managed a large variety of projects over the last decade within the Christmas lighting industry but I never get tired of working on ‘Winter Lighting Projects’.
Why? Winter lighting projects go beyond a commercial Christmas sense, they normally have more meaning, particularly when placed in the heart of the community.
The recent project delivered in Cowdenbeath is no different and a good example. With location in mind, 16 trees were selected and dressed using a retro warm white colour, creating a very positive and inviting environment throughout the cold dark night from October until March.
This style of work benefits all age groups within the local community and beyond.
The project was a collaboration between the local community, local authority, tree surgeons, electrical contractors and product design.
The results and feedback speak for themselves, the reason it’s such a rewarding project to lead.
